As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, we are dedicated to education and to the encouragement of artistic endeavors in our members and the community through outreach programs, classes and workshops, social gatherings, and support of local artists and authors through MAGallery.
Home to juried local artists and authors, MAGallery showcases the creativity and talent of the area. Stop in today to find the perfect painting for your blank wall, a colorful item to brighten a room, that unique gift you’ve been looking for, or a good book.
MAG provides Art Education and Outreach including the support and administration of the Art for Life program at Crossroads Alternative School, art classes, and activities at community events including Caroling by Candlelight, MadisonFest, Juneteenth Celebration, and the community Chili Cook-Off. Our Studio Gallery is often used to showcase student work.
MAG enriches Madison and our surrounding communities with regular exhibition openings for emerging and established artists, meet and greet artist receptions, book signings, and more. Check out our Events Calendar and make sure you are on our Contact List.
Our premium level members are eligible for MAGic experiences including studio and home tours, special shows and area gallery tours, private artists talks, and other engagements with our art community.
